SHIPPING POLICY At Wanderful Gift Co, each order is prepared with care. Below you’ll find our postage charges and information about preparing and delivering your order. All amounts below are in Australian dollars. O

RDER PROCESSING Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment and receipt of all required personalisation details. Custom-designed orders require design proof approval before production. We will confirm the expected dispatch timeframe when your proof is approved. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Western Australia. Processing time is separate from Australia Post’s delivery time. If we expect a significant delay in preparing your order, we will contact you.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING Orders are sent through Australia Post. Standard delivery is $10 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. Express delivery is $15 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. Free standard delivery on orders over $100. Express delivery remains chargeable. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order value after discounts, excluding shipping. Free shipping does not include an express upgrade. Any available express option and its charge will be displayed at checkout. Express shipping provides a faster postal service after dispatch. It does not shorten the time needed to prepare or personalise your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International standard shipping is available to selected destinations offered at checkout. Standard delivery is $25 for the first item, plus $10 for each additional item. Free standard delivery on orders over $150. International express shipping is not currently offered under these rates. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact support@wanderfulgiftco.com before ordering to ask whether delivery can be arranged.

HOW SHIPPING IS CALCULATED Additional-item charges apply to each additional product unit, including multiple quantities of the same product. A set sold as one product counts as one item. Free-shipping thresholds exclude postage charges and are calculated after discounts.

DELIVERY TIMES AND TRACKING Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the Australia Post service selected. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed. Regional and remote deliveries, peak periods, public holidays and international customs processing may affect delivery times. Tracking details will be provided when available after your order is dispatched. If you need your order for a specific occasion, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss whether the timing is achievable.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES Any applicable import taxes or customs duties are additional and payable by the customer. Any duties or taxes collected by us will be identified at checkout. Where additional destination charges are payable by the recipient, we will disclose this at checkout or before accepting the order. Charges already collected or included will not be charged again by us. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has been lodged. If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you results in a returned parcel, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Any reasonable redelivery charges will be explained before you agree to them.

DELAYED, MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS If your parcel is delayed, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, contact support@wanderfulgiftco.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate. Please retain the packaging where practical. We will work with Australia Post where appropriate and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law. Our obligations to you do not end when the parcel is dispatched. RETURNS AND
