TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ABOUT WANDERFUL GIFT CO

Wanderful Gift Co is operated by Susan Michelle Frost, trading as Wanderful Gift Co, ABN 85 452 068 400, in Western Australia.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wanderful Gift Co. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase products from us, together with the product information and policies provided before your purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. If another part of these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

  1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Please read each listing for its dimensions, materials, inclusions and available options.

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed products. Handmade products and natural materials may have minor variations in grain, texture, colour or finish. These variations do not remove your right to receive products that meet their description and applicable consumer guarantees.

Styled photographs may include props that are not included in your purchase. Please refer to the product’s stated inclusions.

Changes to listings apply to future purchases and do not alter an existing order without your agreement.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and ensure you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

If you notice an error in your order, contact support@wanderfulgiftco.com promptly.

We may be unable to fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue, suspected fraud, an obvious listing error or a custom request we cannot reasonably fulfil. We will contact you promptly to explain and discuss any alternatives. If we cancel an order, we will refund payments for the cancelled items and any associated delivery charges that are no longer applicable.

We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without your consent.

Business gifting and custom enquiries are welcome. Any special arrangements must be agreed in writing.

  1. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Please enter names, dates and other wording exactly as you would like them produced, including spelling, punctuation and capitalisation.

Standard personalised products use the design shown in the listing with your supplied details. A design proof is not routinely provided for these products unless the listing or our written agreement states otherwise.

For custom-designed orders, we send a design proof for your approval before production. Please check the wording, layout and other details carefully. Production begins after your approval. Delays in approval may affect the estimated dispatch date, and we will discuss revised timing with you where needed.

If a product accurately reproduces details you supplied or approved, a request to change those details will generally be treated as a change-of-mind request. We can discuss whether a paid alteration or replacement is possible.

This does not affect your rights if we make an error, depart from the agreed design or supply a product that fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. Approving a proof does not waive those rights.

  1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Our ability to accommodate a change-of-mind request depends on the stage of preparation, production or dispatch. Personalised and custom orders may not be changeable or cancellable once production has started.

We will explain what is possible and obtain your agreement before undertaking any additional paid work. Any specific cancellation conditions for a custom commission will be disclosed before you agree to it.

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

  1. PRICES, GST AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed.

We are registered for GST. Prices displayed to Australian consumers include GST where applicable.

Any delivery charges and applicable discounts are shown before you complete checkout. Changes to prices or promotions do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

For international orders, applicable tax and duty arrangements will be explained at checkout or before we accept the order. Any charges collected by us will be identified before payment.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated processing or delivery times are provided in the relevant listing, at checkout or in our shipping information.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch. Delivery time is the time taken for the parcel to travel after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If you need an order for a particular occasion, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss whether the timing is achievable.

If an order is delayed, damaged in transit or appears to be missing, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier where appropriate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Dispatching a parcel does not remove our obligations to you.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an address error you supplied causes additional delivery costs, we will discuss those costs with you before arranging redelivery.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

That policy explains our return process and any voluntary change-of-mind arrangements. It operates alongside your rights under applicable consumer law.

Personalised items, custom products and discounted products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees. A change-of-mind exclusion does not exclude remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess a problem where appropriate.

  1. CUSTOMER PHOTOS, HANDWRITING AND ARTWORK

When supplying photos, handwriting, logos, wording or other material, you confirm that you have the permission or rights needed for us to use it to fulfil your order.

You give us permission to reproduce or adapt that material only as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, produce your order and provide related support, including through service providers involved in fulfilment.

You retain any rights you hold in your material. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable customer photos, private handwriting or custom-order material for marketing.

We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights or cannot reasonably be used to produce the requested item. If this prevents fulfilment, we will discuss alternatives or refund the unfulfilled order as appropriate.

  1. OUR DESIGNS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our original designs, text, photographs and other website content belong to Wanderful Gift Co or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce our designs commercially.

For digital products, the licence and permitted uses stated in the listing apply. Unless a different licence is expressly provided, digital files are for your personal use and must not be redistributed, shared or resold.

These restrictions do not prevent uses permitted by law.

  1. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy:

We may contact you about your order, proofs, delivery or enquiries. Marketing communications are managed separately, and you can unsubscribe using the link provided in marketing emails.

  1. SHOPIFY AND OTHER SERVICES

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases from this store are made with Susan Michelle Frost trading as Wanderful Gift Co.

We also use service providers to support functions such as payments, personalisation, email and delivery. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

External websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. Linking to an external website does not mean we endorse everything on it.

  1. WEBSITE USE AND REVIEWS

Please use our website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual property rights or harass others.

If you create an account, keep your access details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or serious misuse. This does not remove your rights relating to existing purchases.

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the name or display name you provided for that purpose. Private order communications and personalisation files are not treated as public reviews.

  1. LIABILITY AND DISPUTES

We remain responsible for obligations and liabilities that apply to us under law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove remedies available under consumer law.

If you have a concern, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to seek help from a consumer protection agency, tribunal or court.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian law. This does not deprive customers elsewhere of mandatory protections or dispute-resolution rights that apply to them.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The updated version and date will be published on this page.

The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order unless we agree otherwise with you or a change is required by law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
